Holiday Market at the State Fairgrounds

Brianna Walsh, granddaughter of Salem Volunteer Kathy Gardner, assisted at our booth on Saturday, August 17, at Salem Saturday Market and secured her position as our “lucky charm” when she found yet another “Benny.”  The $100.00 bill signed by “Benny” was enclosed in a pretty coin purse and tossed into the shrubbery near the booth.

Just like with the Benny she found in June, Brianna was clear that this Benny should go to Project POOCH to help the pups.  Brianna is adding the pretty new coin purse to her new Benny collection!   Thank you, Brianna, from all of us and the POOCH pups!
