Request Boarding Services

At Project POOCH, we offer boarding services to dogs adopted from POOCH, as well as to MacLaren staff. We offer daycare services to MacLaren staff dogs. Boarding & Daycare services are provided on a space-available basis.

We strive to create a fun and fear-free stay for all of our dogs, and to do that, we need your help. Our boarding request process includes a questionnaire with information about your dog’s vaccines, likes & dislikes, food & medications, and veterinarian information.

All dogs must have their core vaccines plus Canine Influenza (Make sure you have your dog’s vaccine information handy before you start this form). This is not optional.

  • Rabies

  • Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP, DHPP, DA2PP, DA2PPV)

  • Bordatella

  • Canine Influenza

    If you need to get your dog’s vaccines updated and you can’t get in to see your vet before boarding, we recommend trying to book a vaccination appointment at Vetco (https://www.vetcoclinics.com/)

Spay/Neuter: All dogs who are in boarding or daycare are required to be spayed or neutered, unless they are under 6 months of age. We don’t want any “oops” litters resulting from a stay at Project POOCH!

Boarding & Daycare Process:

  • Complete the Dog Information Form (required)

  • Fill out the Boarding or Daycare Request Form

  • All dogs are required to have one day of daycare prior to boarding to ensure we can meet the dog’s physical and mental health needs.

  • We strive to offer a fear-free environment for our resident dogs (those who are in our POOCH program) and our boarding and daycare dogs. This may mean that if we see signs of stress from your dog while in boarding or daycare at POOCH, we would recommend in-home boarding in the future to help keep your dog healthy & happy. We always promise to be honest with our clients about how their dog is while in our care—if we see signs of stress, we will let you know about it.

  • After submitting your form you will be contacted by Project POOCH staff to confirm your booking.

Rates

  • Boarding: $30/night (up to 26 hour period)

  • Daycare: $15/day (for up to 11 hours)

  • Nail Trim: $15

  • Bath: $20

DOG INFORMATION FORM

Start with our Dog Information form. This form is required for ALL Dogs—boarded and daycare. It must be completed once a year. It includes vaccine information, owner information, vet information, dog’s likes/dislikes, etc …

Once you complete the Dog Information form, select the Boarding Request form or Daycare Request form.
